Refund requests must be submitted with a valid reason and supporting evidence.
Refunds do not apply for projects, assignments, writing, or publishing with deadlines of three days or less.
Refund Procedure
The scholar has to notify us within 48 hours after the service is delivered.
The refund will be issued within 1-2 working days of approval.
The amount of refund will either be credited directly into the scholar's bank account or given as agreed with the scholar.
Terms and Conditions
Unlimited revisions are given to meet the expectations of the scholar. Refunds are only considered if the revisions do not address valid concerns.
If the scholar has agreed to the task and the timeline has been exceeded without completing the work, no refund will be granted.
The scholar must sign the refund policy document to acknowledge understanding and agreement.
Exclusions
Refunds are not applicable if the work is delivered within the required timeline and has already been accomplished.
Dissatisfaction without valid justification will not result in a refund.
